- This apartment does not accept the organization of parties: large fees will apply if travelers do not respect not that.

- In the event of a complaint from our neighbourhood or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without possible refund.

- On the day of your arrival: The entrance to the apartment is usually from 15.00 until 20.00 and the exit is at 11:00 at the latest.

Warning!! : For any entry between 20.00 and 22:00, a supplement of 30 euros will be required. For any entry after 22.00, a supplement of 50 euros will be required. No check in possible after 23:00

- Upon arrival, we will ask you for an official identification document with the first and last name that appears on your reservation to prevent any fraud.

- The final cleaning is included, but we ask that the dwelling be returned in a correct condition, namely cleaned dishes and discarded bins.

- Limited to 1 baby (less than 2 years old) free of charge. Other babies must be added as “child”.

- The sofa bed is prepared automatically for groups of more than 7 passengers. Below 6 travelers, it will be prepared only on request, before arrival.
