The Secret House gets its name from its hidden location inside a building on Wagram Avenue. Protected by the exterior facade of the building, the house is very quiet and peaceful.

It is not common to find houses in Paris and even less so a few meters from the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées, where the most exclusive brands have their headquarter boutiques "They are like museums" said some visitors.

-Bedroom 4 is located in the basement. It has a double bed

- This apartment does not accept the organization of noisy parties : significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect that.

In case of complaint from our neighborhood or Police, guests will be asked to leave the house immediately, without refund. The full security deposit will be hold

Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

- Upon your arrival, we will ask an ID with the same name on your booking (and copy it on our phone). This is in order to prevent fraud.

- The day of arrival: check in used to be from 15.00 to 20.00 and check out is until 11:00 am at the latest. Warning: for check in between 20.00 to 22:00, a surcharge of 30 euros is required. For check in after 22.00, a surcharge of 50 euros will be requested. No check in possible after 11 pm

- Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free of charge. If more than 1 baby, other babies should be add as "Children"

- Sofa bed is prepared only on demand before the day of arrival
