Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200cm)

Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200cm)

Bedroom 3: two double beds (140x200cm + 140x200 cm)

➡ 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets

➡ 1 spacious living room : relax in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen: Cooktop, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining room for 8 people, perfect for gathering after a day of discovery.

✦ Modern amenities: Washing machine, dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, hairdryer. Sheets and towels are provided for your comfort (1 per person).

Note: Although we have hosted many families with children, we prefer to inform you in advance that there may be lively activity on this street (ladies waiting for men). It is important to note that the area is nevertheless very secure, as evidenced by our many positive reviews. We encourage you to check them out to get a more accurate idea.

Other important remarks :

➡ Party policy: No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity verification: An ID with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and babies: Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children".

➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups of more than 8.

Check-in and supplements :

Check-ins are generally between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and check-outs before 11:00 a.m.

Supplements for late arrivals:

- Between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.: supplement of 30 euros.

- After 10:00 p.m.: supplement of 50 euros.

- No entry is possible after 11:00 p.m.

Day of departure: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
