This apartment is on the 7th and last floor with elevator of a Haussmann buildingclassic.

It is the only apartment upstairs, so you will have plenty of privacy and tranquility.

Each space has large windows that let in natural light as well as a unique view of the rooftops of Paris, creating a light, fresh and welcoming atmosphere.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and large private terrace.

- This apartment does not accept the organization of parties: significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect this.

In the event of a complaint from our neighborhood or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without possible refund. The security deposit will be retained.Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

- You will be asked for an ID with the same name as the one on your reservation and we will copy it to our phone. (This is to avoid any fraud)

- Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free. If there is more than one baby, the other babies will need to be added as "Children"

The day of your arrival:

The entrance to the apartment is generally from 3.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. and the exit is at 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

Please note: for any entry between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m., a supplement of 30 euros will be requested. For any entry after 22.00, a supplement of 50 euros will be requested.No entry possible after 23.00

- The final cleaning of the apartment is included, we only ask that the accommodation be left in a correct state, that is to say, do the dishes and take out the garbage.
