The Happy House is a beautiful apartment hidden at the end of the courtyard of a building. It is perfect for the stay of large groups.

This 170m2 apartment was fully renovated in 2022

It is at the 1rst floor without elevator and consist of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and 4 bathrooms

- Bedroom 1: It has 1 double bed and a private bathroom (wc, sink, shower)

- Bedroom 2: It has 1 double bed and a private bathroom (wc, sink, shower)

- Bedroom 3: It has 2 double beds and a private bathroom (wc, sink, shower)

- Bedroom 4: It has 2 double beds and a private shower (the wc is in the hallway)

➡ Fully equipped and furnished kitchen (hotplates, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher)

This large apartment in a dynamic neighborhood is ideal for groups of up to 12 people.

Interior rules : 

- This apartment does not accept parties : significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect this.

- In case of complaint from our neighborhood or the police, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without refund. The full security deposit will be hold. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

- Upon your arrival, we will ask an ID with the same name on your booking (and we will copy it on our phone). This is in order to prevent fraud.

- Early arrival / Late departure subject to supplement

The day of arrival:

Check in is from 15.00 to 20.00 and check out is until 11:00 am at the latest.

NOTE: for check in between 20.00 to 22:00, a surcharge of 30 euros is required. For check in after 22.00, a surcharge of 50 euros will be requested. No check in possible after 23:00 pm

- The final cleaning of the apartment is included, we only ask to be delivered in a correct shape, that means, to wash the dishes and to take out the garbage.
