- This apartment does not accept the organisation Holiday: Significant fees will apply if travellers do not respect this.

- In the event of a complaint from our neighbourhood or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without possible refund.

- On the day of your arrival: The entrance to the apartment is usually from 15.00 until 20.00 and the exit is at 11:00 at the latest. Please note: for all entries between 20.00 and 22:00, an additional charge of 30 euros will be required. For any entry after 22.00, a supplement of 50 euros will be required. No check in possible after 23:00

- Upon arrival, we will ask you for an official identification document with the first and last name that appears on your reservation to prevent fraud

- The final cleaning is included, but we ask that the dwelling be returned in a correct condition, namely cleaned dishes and discarded bins.

- Limited to 1 baby (less than 2 years old) free of charge. Other babies must be added as “child”.
