Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x200cm)

➡ 1 full bathroom (WC, sink, shower)

➡ 1 spacious living room: relax in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen: Cooking hob, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining area for 6 people, perfect for gathering after a day of exploration.

➡ Party policy: No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity verification: An ID with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and babies: Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children".

➡ The apartment is located on the first floor, above a music bar.

➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups of more than 4.

Arrival day and supplements:

Entries are generally between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and exits before 11:00 a.m.

Supplements for late arrivals :

Between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.: supplement of 30 euros.

After 10:00 p.m.: supplement of 50 euros.

No entry is possible after 11:00 p.m.

Departure day: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
