Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom (WC, sink, shower)

Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200 cm)

Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm).

Another shower room and separate toilet are accessible from the hallway.

➡ 1 spacious living room: relax in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen: Cooktop, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It allows you to prepare delicious meals.

Other important notes:

➡ Party policy: No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or police, tenants will be asked to leave immediately, with no possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity verification: An ID with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and babies: Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children".

Check-in day and supplements:

Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM.

Supplements for late arrivals:

Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 30 euros supplement.

After 10:00 PM: 50 euros supplement.

No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure day: Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
